Alexander McQueen is a luxury fashion house founded by designer Alexander McQueen (1969–2010). Its current creative director is Sarah Burton. Alexander McQueen collections each featured a title revolving around the specific theme for each collection and show. The tradition ended for Fall 2010 with McQueen’s death, and subsequent collections were launched without titles. The list excludes pre-collections and accessories lines.
Alexander McQueen launched its largest Middle Eastern store in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates in February 2016. The third stand-alone boutique to open in the United Arab Emirates is a new retail concept conceived by the label’s creative director Sarah Burton.
Boasting almost 218 square metres, the area is spread over a single floor located within the mall’s newly renovated extension dedicated to luxury fashion. Divided into three main areas, the space features accessories, shoes and ready-to-wear collections for men and women.
